Shipping to all other countries:
	When sent with a copy of the Cello Handbook by First Class International Air Mail, one copy of Corelli is an additional $1.50 mailing cost.
		When sent with a copy of the Cello Handbook by Priority International Air Mail, the cost of adding a copy of Corelli varies by destination. Please inquire.
	When mailed separately, please inquire. International rates vary by destination.

processing fee to the charges above, as follows:
Add $2.50 for one copy of the Handbook, with or without Corelli.
Add 50c more for each additional copy.
